We would appreciate it if you could advise us at least 24hrs prior to any cancellations. Unfortunately if we are not given sufficient notice a 50% fee of your groom price will be charged.

We can only allow for a MAX OF 15 MINUTES late for grooming appointments. If you are any later we have the right to turn you away with a charge of our cancellation fee. Please inform us if you are going to be late and we can try arrange this will not happen.
