MATTED DOGS ARE NOT BRUSHED OUT !!!
BEHAVIOR : SOME DOGS NEED EXTRA TIME DUE
TO STRESS , ANXIETY OR AGGRESSION. CASES
WERE EXTRA TIME OR GROOMS IS NEEDED
A COST WILL APPLY FROM €10
FLEAS: WE DO NOT TAKE DOGS WITH FLEAS ,
IF FLEAS ARE FOUND DURING A GROOM
A €25 FEE WILL BE CHARGED AND
THE DOG WILL BE SENT HOME.
WE ALWAYS PUT THE COMFORT OF
YOUR DOG FIRST AND PROMISE ONLY
TO DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THEM.
We would appreciate it if you could advise
us at least 24hrs prior to any cancellations.
Unfortunately if we are not given sufficient
notice a 50% fee of your groom price will be charged.
We can only allow for a MAX OF 15 MINUTES
late for grooming appointments. If you are any later we
have the right to turn you away with a charge
of our cancellation fee. Please inform us if you
are going to be late and we can try
arrange this will not happen.
